Assessment Stages & Timeline

APPLICATION DEADLINE 21.08.2020
  • If your documents are complete, your profile will be approved and forwarded to the academic department for assessment.
  • If your documents are complete, except for the language proficiency proofs, you will be contacted to enter Ibn Haldun Language Proficiency Exams. Exam results will be added automatically to your application profile and forwarded to the academic department for assessment.
  • If your documents are incomplete, your application status will be updated with a rejection note.
INTERVIEWS & EXAMS 26.08.2020 - 28.08.2020
  • Shortlisted candidates are invited to the interview via email. Interview plays a vital role in the final students’ selection.
ACCEPTANCE LETTER 04.09.2020
  • Accepted students receive an official Acceptance Letter via email. Acceptance Letter includes student’s admission offer (Program details, preparatory class and scholarship package if applicable, and registration guide).
REGISTRATION PROCESS 08.09.2020 - 11.09.2020
  • Students submit their documents to the Students Affairs and get enrolled in their programs officially.

  • Make sure to upload all the required documents to the Online Application System. You cannot make changes after submission.
  • Your application goes under the document check.
ASSESSMENT & REVIEW 21.08.2020 - 25.08.2020
  • The admission committee evaluates the applications to shortlist the best candidates for the interview.
ANNOUNCING RESULTS 03.09.2020
  • Lists of accepted/non-accepted students are announced on the website.
PRE-ARRIVAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
  • Accepted students should register during the registration period according to the academic calendar. Students living abroad should urgently apply for the student visa through the Turkish embassies/consulates at their home/residence country, and notify the International Office once of their visa application and approval.
  • International Office applies to the Council of Higher Education in Turkey for the recognition and equivalence of new students’ previous diplomas. It is a normal procedure and shall not affect the registration process unless they receive an unexpected rejection. In case of rejection, the student cannot continue the studies at Ibn Haldun University.

Scholarships

Ibn Haldun University offers a wide range of scholarships (partial and fully-funded scholarships) based on merit and academic success.

A limited number of students will receive scholarships in return for research and teaching assistantship opportunities at the university.
