Our University’s International Relations Office will employ part-time students within the scope of the qualifications and job description specified below.
General Qualifications
• Must be an active student with a minimum cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 2.50
• Proficiency in Turkish and English at an upper-intermediate level (Knowledge of Arabic is an asset)
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to support various administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office programs
• Familiarity with AI tools and programs focused on design and content creation (e.g., Canva, NotebookLM, etc.)
Based on your skills and interests, you may be assigned to one of the following units:
1. International Students Department
2. International Partnerships and Communication
3. Erasmus and International Programs Office
Job Description
• Supporting events for international students
• Updating the International Relations Office website
• Preparing content for social media accounts
• Providing support for Erasmus project application processes
• Assisting with visa and residence permit procedures
• Supporting physical and digital archiving and filing processes
• Organizing and assisting with events for international students
• Working at fairs in which the University will participate
• Carrying out assigned tasks in cooperation with all sub-units of the International Office
