2026–2027 Academic Year Spring Semester Erasmus+ BIP Mobility Applications

Applications for Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) Mobility for the Spring Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year will open on 2 October 2026 and close on 16 October 2026 at 16:00 (Istanbul time).

Students selected under this call will be nominated to participate in “Assessment for Learning: Turning Strategy into Measurable Student Growth,” hosted by the Institute for Education (IfE) in Malta. The programme focuses on formative assessment methods, effective feedback practices and the assessment of learning outcomes to support students’ learning and development.

The physical component of the programme will take place in Malta on 10–14 May 2027. Combining physical and online components, the programme carries 3 ECTS credits. The language of instruction is English, and participants are expected to have at least B2-level English proficiency. Participation in all components of the programme is mandatory.

Applications are open exclusively to students enrolled and currently active in the following programmes:

• BA and MA in Guidance and Psychological Counselling
• MA in Philosophical, Social, and Historical Fundamentals of Education
• MA and PhD in Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Education

Applications must be submitted through the TURNA Portal, operated by the Turkish National Agency. Information on eligibility requirements, required documents, selection criteria, quotas and grant support is available in the announcement document below.
